About the role

Coordinate domestic and international air freight and express courier shipments from pickup to final delivery. You’ll work daily with overseas factories, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and our sales and purchasing teams to keep high-value, time-sensitive product moving on schedule.

What you’ll do

• Book and schedule air freight and courier shipments (FedEx, UPS, DHL, forwarders).
• Prepare and check commercial invoices, packing lists, air waybills, and customs documents.
• Verify quantities, weights, values, Incoterms, HTS codes, and addresses before shipment.
• Track shipments and flag delays, customs holds, or documentation issues early.
• Communicate with overseas factories on production status and shipment readiness.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming product; support cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Resolve damaged, short, or misdelivered shipments and handle RMA returns.
• Review freight invoices and help control shipping costs.

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years in logistics, shipping, or import/export (air freight experience preferred).
• High school diploma required; degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable juggling multiple time-sensitive shipments.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• English required; Mandarin a plus for working with our Asia supply base.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Incoterms, HTS codes, and customs procedures.
• Carrier or forwarder shipping platforms.
• ERP or order management systems.
• Electronics, optical, or semiconductor industry background.
